Privacy policy

This policy explains what Cha-ching AI ("we", "us") collects when you visit cha-ching.cc or use our contact form, why, who processes it on our behalf, and how long we keep it. The short version: we collect what we need to reply to you and to see which pages are useful, we don't sell or share your information, and we don't run advertising trackers.

What you tell us

When you send the contact form we receive your name, work email, company website, your message, and your phone number if you choose to give it. We use this only to reply to you, arrange the call you asked for, and talk with you about your project.

Along with the form we receive the first page you visited on our site during that visit and the website that referred you (for example, a search engine). This helps us understand which pages are useful. It is sent only with the form.

If you give us a phone number, we use it only to speak with you about your request. We don't add you to mailing lists, and we don't auto-dial, text-blast or call you with AI voices.

What is collected automatically

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies and receives information about your visit, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type. We have turned off Google signals and advertising features. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Spam protection. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at technical signals from your browser and IP address to tell people from bots.
• Form processing logs. When you send the form, our server logs the submission (including what you entered) so that a message is never lost if email delivery fails. These logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Your browser's storage. Our site stores a small record of your first page and referrer in your browser for 30 minutes, and keeps a copy of your form entries in the current tab so nothing is lost if sending fails. Neither leaves your browser except with the form, and the form copy is cleared once your message is sent or the tab is closed.

Who processes it

We use these service providers to run the site. They process information on our behalf:

• Amazon Web Services: hosting, form processing, logs and delivery of form messages to our inbox.
• Google Analytics: site analytics, as described above.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: spam protection on the contact form.
• Our email provider: where your message and our replies are stored.

We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we don't use advertising pixels.

How long we keep it

• Form processing logs: 30 days.
• Google Analytics data: 14 months.
• Your messages and our replies: for as long as we need them to talk with you about your project, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

There is no common standard for responding to browser "Do Not Track" signals, so our site doesn't change its behavior when it receives one. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing further to switch off.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

The site and the contact form use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Information is stored with the providers listed above, who protect it with industry-standard measures. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page and describe significant changes here.
